I am currently looking for two young professionals to move into my 3 bedroom xxxx sqft apartment on March 1st. My two roommates are relocating for graduate school and their two rooms will be available. The apartment is within Solana, a luxury community on the North Side of Indianapolis. It features a gated entrance, washer and dryer in unit, gym, pool, lake and the apartment itself has many luxury features like two outdoor patios and a courtyard behind the property. There are also options for garage use. I am looking for two responsible and mature young professionals over the age of 24. I am a 26 year old Director of Marketing who will also be returning to Butler in the evenings to complete my MBA! I am looking for girls who will be clean, non-smokers, mature, kind, respectful and financially responsible to cover their portion of rent and utilities! Rent for each renter will be $560 per month, with myself a larger portion because I have the largest bedroom.
