Looking for a clean roomshare, either a 2 bedroom apartment or a room in a house, budgeted at $400/month, plus any split utilities if they aren't included. Private bath would be a plus, but a shared bathroom is ok; it just needs to be clean. Clean, responsible roommate, male only. Pets are ok, but I'm allergic to some breeds of cats; pets need to be clean/cleaned up after and I'll certainly help.
