Looking for a responsible young professional or student to share a house in Fountain Square. The interior of the house (2 bedroom, 1 bath) is fully furnished (kitchen/dining area, bathroom, living room) and has been completely remodeled in the last 2 years including a brand new table in the dining area and new lighting. Both the bedroom and living room have hardwood floors and the kitchen and bathroom have tile. The bedroom room has 12 foot ceilings, a closet, direct door to bathroom and an 8 foot south facing window. It is roughly 20' x 20'. It also has both washer and dryer and a wall hanger for a bike or two. You can park in the back yard accessed via the alley or in front on the street (recommended). Rent is $400 (each) per month and utilities are split 50/50 and average between $200 and $250 per month each. Included in utilities is high speed internet and a monitored ADT alarm system with shatter sensors on every window and door in the downstairs as well as panic buttons (fire, ambulance, and police) and a key chain remote.
