I have already paid this month rent, so you will pay the rent from Next Month. The lease will end on June this year, but you can extend if you want. Rent is $550. (Do not include electric, Internet, and cable TV) . There are many cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room has two windows facing south, so you can get lots of lights.
