Hi all, I am moving from Atlanta in June to Indy (working at Rolls Royce) and am looking for someone to share a 2 BR/2 BA apartment downtown, either in the Canal area, on Mass Ave, in Fountain Square, or in Broad Ripple. I am considering apartments like Circa, Axis, Artistry, Pulliam Square, Canal Overlook, Canal Square, etc. Budget is less than $xxxx, and looking for a place over 800 sq. ft. I am a 24 year old male and am very clean, quiet, and respectful, and expect my roommate to be the same. I enjoy cooking, playing sports (basketball, soccer, tennis, golf, frisbee...), lifting weights, and watching TV shows - some of my favorites include Parks and Rec, Breaking Bad, Brooklyn 99, New Girl, Bob's Burgers. I also enjoy playing video games and love craft beer. I play guitar, piano, and trombone (but only have a guitar with me!). I have no gender or sexual orientation preferences for my roommate. I have no pets, and pets are fine as long as they're friendly, house trained, and quiet. I am happy to provide roommate references on request. I'm originally from the Seattle area, and have lived in New Orleans for years and Atlanta for two.
