I am looking for a short term roommate / potentially long term if things go well. I am currently living in a 2bd / 1ba house and my lease is supposed to end. On May 30th however I am thinking about renewing the lease hence longer term lease. This would be ideal for someone who travels and/or looking for something cheaper on the East side. The rent does include utilities. I am looking for a young professional who is ok with dogs and very clean. I am 25, I work full time at an engineering firm and also a young professional.
