All Administrative Assistants (B1-B3) perform and/or oversee a variety of associated administrative activities. Each level has specific transferable skills and expectations required. Creates, Updates and maintains the areas shared information in a timely manner. * Arranges travel for business partners in a timely manner and ensures compliance to Lilly Travel Policies & Procedures. Efficiently prepares itinerary and travel packets. * Accurately prepares EERS statements for business partners. * Efficiently schedules interviews for business partners and prepares interview packets. * Proactively prepares for new employees onboarding by scheduling 1:1s, obtaining technology, and utilizing the proper process for move requests. Basic Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED * 3 years recent Administrative experience * Completion of Post Offer Exam, Completion of Work Simulation or Completion of Administrative Skills Testing if applicable. * Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (eg, H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.Additional Skills/Preferences * Bachelors Degree preferred * Event Management experience preferred * Experience in Administrative role for an off-site supervisor. * Written communication - proficiency with the English language; ability to clearly compose and accurately edit and proofread * Verbal communication - ability to communicate clearly and interact professionally on all levels * Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word and PowerPoint * Ability to maintain confidentiality * Ability to work in a team environment * Flexibility * Prioritization skills - ability to set own work priorities * Problem-solving skills - ability to make decisions when faced with clear-cut alternatives * Business knowledge - understanding of department/division/component/company business, including global aspects of the business * Customer focus * Organizational skills * Ability to quickly learn and use area-specific technical terminology * Understanding of corporate policies and procedures Additional Information * Position working at Lilly Technology Center South, Monday through Friday. * This position is not permanent.
