Job Summary The ideal candidate for Sr. Administrative Assistant will have experience in a fast-paced office environment. is responsible for supporting numerous groups within the district Industrial Engineering function. The IE Sr. Administrative Admin will have regular contact with staff members and managers surrounding production goals and achievements. He/she will communicate through written and oral communications in order to execute tasks. The candidate will have strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research and time management skills. The Sr. Administrative Assistant is responsible for: Preparation of complex reports/presentations Analysis using various software packages and databases, eg MS Access Determining methods and procedures for completing complex tasks Providing advanced office support knowledge and skills Preparing and/or coordinating information for internal and external contacts All other tasks as assigned by supervisor / manager This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by persons assigned to this classification.
