Administrative Assistant job in Indianapolis, IN We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant job in the Indianapolis, IN area. Two to three years of previous Administrative Assistant experience is required to be considered for this position. The main duties will be providing administrative support for a well-known nonprofit organization which will include managing and tracking donations as well as updating donor records. In addition, you will be communicating regularly with donors and members via email and over the phone. Requirements for the Administrative Assistant job: -Managing and tracking donations within the donor tracking system. -Communicate with members and donors assisting them with any questions or concerns they might have. -Provide general administrative support such as filing, faxing, and scanning. -Create and maintain a variety of spreadsheets in Excel -Assisting with meeting setup Qualifications: -Two to three years of previous Administrative Assistant experience.
